The Pa. Game Commission says it has euthanized the bear that was involved in an attack on two children in Luzerne County. A 5 year old and 18 month old were found with injuries while playing in their Wright Township driveway. They are ok. A witness saw a bear near the scene. The Pa. Game Commission found a male and a female bear in a trap they set up. The DNA found on the kids clothing matched that of the female bear. She was euthanized. The male bear was relocated away from the area.
