Former Scranton City Council President Bill Gaughan was the top vote-getter in the race for Lackawanna County Commissioner. Close behind was former Penn State and NFL quarterback Matt McGloin. The Democrats will make up the majority commissioners, with current Republican minority Commissioner Chris Chermak remaining in that position.
