Traffic is closed on Interstate 81 northbound in the Moosic area. Police say a dump truck overturned this morning, shutting down both lanes between Exit 180: US 11/TO PA 502 - MOOSIC and Exit 182: MONTAGE MOUNTAIN RD TO DAVIS ST. All lanes closed. That stretch is expected to remain closed until about 2pm this afternoon.
