One person is dead following a shooting in Avoca. Police responded to a home in the 800 block of Main Street around 4 a.m. Saturday. State police are continuing their investigation.
In Monroe County - Pocono Mountain Regional Police are investigating a shooting in Long Pond yesterday. According to police reports several people were involved. One person is dead and two were injured. It happened yesterday afternoon around 4:40 on Clover Road. The investigation is continuing.
