Jury selection is expected to get underway later this morning in Lackawanna County Court. The trial centers around the shooting death of a teen in Spring Brook Township in June of 2022. Evan Wasko of Scranton is charged with first and third degree murder, among others, in the fatal shooting of 17 year old Joseph Roberson. The 19 year old could face life in prison if found guilty.
