Earlier this month a 3year old child was taken to the hospital and found positive for cannabinoids. Now the child's mother and her boyfriend are facing felony charges in the case. 21 year old Caydenz Graham and 25 year old Tyrik Gwaltney both of Carbondale are facing a felony child endangerment charge. According to arrest papers, Gwaltney also faces a misdemeanor simple assault charge for allegedly physically abusing the child.
