Lackawanna County inmate death ruled a homicide

The death of an inmate at the Lackawanna County prison has been ruled a homicide. According to a ruling by the Lackawanna County coroner, Darwin Pasos-Santos was involved in a fall/assault with another inmate on May 12th. He died on June first from head injuries described as being from blunt force trauma. The investigation into his death is continuing by the Lackawanna County District Attorney's office.
