Lackawanna County man facing child porn charges

A Lackawanna County man faces child pornography charges. According to reports, Jeffrey Pallo of Jessup, faces child porn charges, for uploading child abuse material on the internet. Investigators received a cyber tip about the material being shared on the internet. Police say an email address was linked back to Pallo, who admitted to saving files on his phone of minors engaging in sexual acts.  Pallo is locked up at Lackawanna County Prison and unable to post bail. A preliminary hearing is set for November 6.
