Lackawanna County Commissioners Jerry Notarianni and Debi Domenick voted 2-1 to move forward with countywide reassessment. It would be the first time for reassessment since 1968. Republican minority Commissioner Chris Chermak voted against it. Debi Domenick does have reservations about the impact on the elderly and those who are in financial need. She spoke at the meeting about having time to address those concerns.
