Lackawanna County restaurant closes

A restaurant and sports bar in one part of Lackawanna County has closed its doors. Primanti Brothers, best known for sandwiches topped with fried potatoes, tomato and coleslaw, located along Commerce Boulevard in Dickson City since March of 2016 has ceased operations. There is no word yet on what prompted the closure. The original Primanti's first opened in Pittsburgh's strip district in 1933.
