Philly man to spend decades behind bars in crash that killed three local men

A Philadelphia area man was sentenced to more than 20 years in prison for the deaths of 3 young men from Lackawanna County, and a man from Philadelphia. Victor A. Spizzirri, was sentenced to 20 years and three months to 52 years and six months in prison in the deaths of twins Tucker and Christian Schimelfenig, 23, and Michael Comerford, 24, all of the Abingtons, and ride-hailing service driver Jean Santana, 31, of Philadelphia following a deadly crash on the Schuylkill Expressway last April. State police charged Spizzirri with multiple counts, including homicide by vehicle, homicide by driving under the influence, involuntary manslaughter and recklessly endangering.
