A Luzerne County man admitted to driving under the influence, leading to a deadly crash. Police say James Gordon was drunk when he crashed his vehicle in Nanticoke back in December of 2021. Gordon's passenger, Richard Gimbi, was killed. Gordon pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence and related charges in Luzerne County.
