Luz. Co. parents charged in toddler's death

The parents of a 19 month old are now facing charges after the child died after authorities say she was left at their Hanover Township home alone for more than a day. According to investigators, each thought the other was with her back on December 23rd. Investigators say they were called to the home and found the child not breathing. She was found in the home with no food or water and the investigation determined she had been dead for an extended period of time. 25 year old Valentina Varela-Luis and 26 year old James Kasisky were arraigned yesterday on charges of involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment.
