A man accused of killing a woman and setting her body on fire in Hazleton will be brought back to Pennsylvania. Police say Terrance Ray killed 39 year old Jessica Lockwood last month. He was arrested after being found at a hotel in Yonkers, New York last week. According to the Luzerne County DA, Ray waived his extradition rights Wednesday. Officials will begin making arraignments to bring him back to Luzerne County to face charges related to criminal homicide.
