A Drums man faces homicide and other charges following the fatal stabbing of his 13-year-old adopted son in Butler Township, Luzerne County. Cesar Delgadillo, 47, was taken into custody Monday morning in connection with the incident, which occurred just before 6:30 a.m. near Louis Circle.
According to police reports, authorities were called to a residence and discovered the teen with fatal stab wounds. Delgadillo was apprehended at the scene. He was arraigned by a Luzerne County magistrate, with bail being denied due to the nature of the charges. He is currently being held at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. The investigation is ongoing.
