Man charged with killing teen in Monroe County

A man faces charges for the shooting death of a teenager in Monroe County. Police say an argument turned physical over the weekend at Wawa in Stroudsburg and a 17 year old was shot and killed. Stroud Area Regional Police arrested 25 year old Andrew Quatt-rocky, of Bushkill, on homicide charges and reckless endangerment for the deadly shooting of Garrett Gearhart on Saturday night. Quattrochi was arraigned Tuesday morning after turning himself in, and is being held without bail in Monroe County. A preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled for Dec. 12.
