A man fell to his death from the window of an apartment building yesterday in Luzerne County. A report posted to the Wilkes-Barre police department’s Facebook page indicates that the unidentified man assaulted a constable with pepper spray before exiting a window at Park Avenue towers allegedly attempting to flee an eviction notice and falling several stories to the ground. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office is continuing to investigate the incident.
