Man killed in deadly Luzerne County fire identified

Authorities have released the name of a man killed in a fire in Luzerne County early Saturday. The Luzerne County coroner said 46 old Theophile Nsengimana, died of smoke inhalation after a fire ripped through a home Saturday morning on Foote Avenue in Duryea. Two children were able to safely escape the burning home Saturday. They were the only ones there, and they were not injured. A state police fire marshal has not yet ruled on the cause of that deadly fire in Luzerne County.
