An investigation involving digital forensics led law enforcement in Texas to Monroe County. Now a 17 year old is facing charges in connection with several "swatting" incidents in Texas and other states. It was back on April 5th law enforcement arrived at a home in Princeton,Texas after receiving a 9-11 call that a man had shot and killed his mother and was going to harm himself. When they arrived they found the call was a fake. After an investigation, they contacted police in Monroe County who served a warrant at the juveniles home in Jackson Township, earlier this month. They also reported finding child pornography on his computer. He is now being held at the Buck County Detention Center.
