A man recently listed on the PA State Police 10 Most Wanted List is now behind bars. 23 year old Jordan Allen was arrested yesterday morning. Police took him into custody, without incident, near the Sherman Hills Apartments in Wilkes Barre. Allen was wanted on charges of Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Simple Assault for his alleged role in a shooting in the parking lot of the Diamond Club in Old Forge on January 1 of this year. He is now in the Lackawanna County Prison.
