A Lackawanna County contractor was resentenced to serve five to 20 years in state prison for taking hundreds of thousands of dollars for work he never completed. Lackawanna County Judge Margaret Bisignani Moyle previously sentenced Robert Rohwer of Scott Township in December 2021 to six to 30 years in state prison, but the state Superior Court overturned the sentence earlier this year. In addition to the prison sentence, Moyle ordered Rohwer to pay $370,680 in restitution.
