Last month, fireworks were found in a building in Olyphant. Now a couple have been charged with selling the devices which officials say were illegal and dangerous. It started when the devices were spotted through an open door in a building on Lackawanna Ave, which once housed Sullum's Bridal. Olyphant Police found what are known as quarter sticks, half sticks, full sticks and mortar shells. Now John Bilski and Angela Bilski have been charged with risking a catastrophe and recklessly endangering another person.
