A man from Shickshinny has been charged with two felony counts of theft, among others for allegedly stealing some $170,000 from the Mocanaqua Polish Falcons Club. According to PA State Police, the investigation began in November of last year when board members determined the money was not able to be accounted for. As the investigation continued, charges were filed against 64 year old Jimmy Zarr, who served as a bar steward at the club. He's now in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
