A Luzerne County man was charged with two counts of corruption of minors and indecent assault of persons less than 13. Joseph Polisky of Edwardsville was arrested Tuesday afternoon, after the Luzerne County District Attorney’s Office and Kingston Police were contacted by Childline after two children reported the assault. Police say the children, both under 12, told them Polisky inappropriately touched them while on a camping trip near Harvey’s Lake.
