A Luzerne County man who worked for a Lackawanna County school district is facing charges for sexual crimes against a child. According to reports, William James Christian Jr. of Dupont, was arraigned Tuesday on charges of having unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault, disseminating explicit sexual material to a minor and other related offenses. He is an IT specialist with the Valley View School District. Attorney General Dave Sunday announced that Christian exchanged thousands of Facebook messages, many of a sexual nature, with a child.
