New non-stop destination added to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton airport

Starting this fall direct flights to Tampa, Florida will be available from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport. Breeze airlines made the announcement on Tuesday. The new service to Tampa starts October 18, as well as an additional weekly flight to Orlando beginning October 8. Nonstop flights to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, were announced in April.
