New ethics rules for Lackawanna County employees

The Lackawanna County Commissioners have voted to update stricter guidelines and ethics for county employees. The new 20 page guideline prohibits nepotism, establishes protection for confidential information, and prohibits accepting travel expenses from county vendors. The new guidelines applies to all Lackawanna County officials, personnel and employees.
