A new tool for Pennsylvania State Police to help solve cold cases and active investigations. Troopers announced the launch of PSP Tips, a new way for the public to share information related to active investigations, cold cases, the apprehension of wanted individuals or locating missing people. Tips could provide investigators with a long-awaited breakthrough that will finally bring closure and justice for the victim's families.
