
PA State Police Troop R Dunmore, have charged a man with his wife's murder. It was August of 2013, when State Police were called to a home in Fell Township, Lackawanna County. That's when the investigation into the death of Melissa Rocuba began.
At the time, her husband, Bruno Rocuba told them he was handling a firearm when it accidentally went off. A bullet went through his hand and struck his wife Melissa in the head. She later died.
Today Bruno Rocuba was arrested by PA State Police Troop R Dunmore on charges of criminal homicide and theft in connection with her death. The theft charges were lodged against him because he kept more than 100 thousand dollars that had been meant for his two daughters.
