The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board announced Tuesday it is returning more than $2.3 million to over thirteen hundred municipalities where licensees are located as part of its biannual requirement to return liquor license fees paid by PLCB-approved licensees to the municipalities that are home to those licenses. The benefitting municipalities can decide how to allocate and spend the returned liquor license fees to meet local needs.
