Scranton Police arrested two teens Tuesday night after allegedly trespassing at a Scranton high school. Authorities say Jaelah Kamille Royce and Jean Almonte Rosario, both 18 years old, were arrested for criminal trespass that happened at around 12:30 pm Tuesday afternoon at West Scranton High School. That is what officials say triggered a school lockdown. Royce and Almonte Rosario were former students of the school, and gained access by blending in with the student population. The two are charged with felony criminal trespass and are awaiting arraignment.
