A death investigation is underway in Wilkes Barre after a body was found in an abandoned home. A heavy police presence was seen Tuesday evening along the 100 block of Carlisle Street in Wilkes Barre. Details are sketchy, Both state and local officials were seen coming in and out of the residence for hours, bringing out gardening tools, such as shovels and buckets.
