Randy Robertson was named Luzerne County’s next full-time manager, at the county council meeting last night. Robertson received 9 of the 11-member council votes to become the third full-time manager under the county’s home rule government. Robertson is expected to start June first. His salary will be $181,500. David Pedri's salary was $137,000 when he left the position last year.
