A Scranton man has been arrested in connection with a shots fired incident in early April. According to reports, 20-year-old Ralph Frederick Jr. was taken into custody Thursday, and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and terroristic threats among other charges by Scranton Police and Pennsylvania State Police. Police were called to the 600 block of Brook Street for a report of shots fired. Officers found multiple shell casings that damaged a home and nearby vehicle. Authorities determined that Frederick was the shooter and had also allegedly been involved in several vehicle thefts across Scranton and Lackawanna County.
