A Scranton man is behind bars in Schuylkill County for fatally striking another man with his truck. 60 year old Michael Albert is accused of running over and killing 35 year old Mark Boyle of West Penn Township. It happened in the driveway of Boyle's welding business over a payment dispute for services on Albert's truck. Albert faces several charges, including 3rd degree murder, aggravated assault homicide by vehicle and theft of services in Schuylkill County. A home owned by Albert on Brook St. in South Scranton caught fire early Thursday morning. The cause of that fire remains under investigation.
