Scranton Police arrested a 42-year old Scranton man yesterday. Armando Suarez Montano is charged with stabbing a woman multiple times in his home. Police say they arrived on the scene at 1524 Cedar Avenue after 1 a.m. and found a woman bleeding on the street outside the home. According to police, Montano admitted stabbing the woman. She is identified as Ilena Cruz. Cruz remains in critical condition at Geisinger Medical Center...
