A Scranton man will spend up to 22 years behind bars for a fatal fire in Scranton. Chad Kenowski pleaded guilty back in April to third degree murder and arson in connection with the fire that claimed the life of Brett Sweeting. The pair conspired in 2018 to burn Kenowski's house on Roosevelt Street in Scranton to collect $800,000 in insurance money.
