The Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office says it has reached a settlement with a local travel company in Luzerne County. The settlement will require Sundance Vacations, based in Wilkes-Barre Township, to pay $500,000 to victims of the company's bait-and-switch pricing, high-pressure sales tactics, and misrepresentations about 'sweepstakes' programs, according to the state Office of Attorney General. Those who believe they may have been victimized are urged to file a complaint on line at attorneygeneral.gov. or calling the Consumer Protection Hotline at 1-800-441-2555.
