A Lackawanna County neighborhood remains in shock following a murder-suicide over the weekend . State Police say they were investigating the homicide of 49-year-old Stacie Ann Powers from Jessup, PA by her husband 49-year-old Michael Raymond Pine also from Jessup, PA, who was discovered dead in his truck early Sunday morning near Carbondale. Powers' body was discovered by police at their residence on 2nd Avenue in Jessup, having suffered blunt-force trauma to her head.
