Three people were hospitalized following a weekend shooting & stabbing in Lackawanna County. Police in Dunmore were called out to the Commons Apartment Complex on University Drive in Dunmore around 3 am Sunday morning, following reports of a stabbing. While on the scene, police heard gunshots in the area and found two men with gunshot wounds soon after. All three victims were hospitalized for treatment; no word yet on their condition. Penn State Scranton officials say none of the victims were students. That shooting & stabbing is still under investigation.
