BLOOMSBURG, PA — Authorities are investigating an early Sunday morning shooting incident near the Columbia County Courthouse in downtown Bloomsburg.
According to the Bloomsburg Police Department, officers responded around 1:00 a.m. to reports of shots fired in the area of 35 West Main Street. First responders confirmed that no injuries were reported in connection with the gunfire.
Investigators stated the incident appears to be isolated, and there is no direct ongoing threat to the general public.
