PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Authorities say a Philadelphia car theft suspect who fled from police outside a hospital earlier this week has been captured in western Pennsylvania. Alleem Bordan was taken into custody at 2 p.m. Thursday at a home in Johnstown in Cambria County, more than 200 miles from Philadelphia. Authorities were seeking to have Bordan extradited back to Philadelphia. Bordan, who had his hands restrained behind him, was being walked back to a vehicle outside Temple University Hospital’s Episcopal Campus on Monday when he bolted from two officers and escaped. He was spotted Tuesday at another home in the city but managed to again elude capture when he jumped down a 30-foot embankment onto train tracks and ran off.
