A road rage incident in one part of Luzerne County leaves a man facing charges. It happened yesterday morning in Hazleton. According to Hazleton Police, 42 year old Francisco Polanco Pena told them he was being tailgated while driving on Poplar Street. He and the other driver pulled over, got out of their vehicles and began arguing. He said the other driver tried to hit him, they both went back into their own vehicles and Polanco Pena followed him. Again they pulled over, got out and began to argue. That's when Polcanco Pena told officers he saw the other driver reach into a vehicle and he pulled his own gun and fired to scare him. He was charged with aggravated assault among others. There were no injuries.
