Crews were called to the intersection of Electric Street and Meredith Street in Carbondale Township shortly before 8pm after an SUV and ATV collided.\xa0The driver of the ATV, a 14-year-old boy, was trapped under the ATV after the crash, and three people inside the SUV lifted the ATV off of the boy.
