Three teens were arrested yesterday afternoon after Scranton Police say they allegedly flashed a handgun at high school students. It happened in the city's Pine Brook section in the area of Poplar Street and Capouse Avenue. The teens ages, 15, 16 and 17 ran off and after a short chase were taken into custody. According to police the gun was stolen, two of the three had outstanding warrants and the trio also face charges in connection with stolen vehicles in the city.
