Tense moments as man barricades self in home in Luz. Co.

What is believed to have started as a domestic situation in Swoyersville ended peacefully early this morning. It began at a home on Milbre Street about 9:30 last night. When police arrived a man barricaded himself in the home with a weapon. Several nearby homes were evacuated as a precaution. After 3 hours the man came out peacefully.
