There will be lane restrictions on Interstate 81 northbound and southbound in Lackawanna County on Tuesday for bridge inspections. Restrictions will be in place between Exit 182B (Davis Street) and Exit 185 the Scranton Expressway until 3 p.m. And The ramp from State Route 115 Northbound to Interstate 81 Northbound in Plains Township, Luzerne County, will remain closed until November 2026. The ramp closure is required to realign the existing ramp, and to construct a new ramp which will directly connect State Route 115 Northbound to Interstate 81 Southbound. A detour is in place.
