PLAINS TWP., Pa. — Police in Plains Township have arrested and charged two people accused of using a woman's misplaced bank card to purchase cigarettes after finding her lost wallet.

According to court records, 37-year-old Joshua Lenchick, 33-year-old Alexis Marilyn Grey, and an unidentified male discovered the wallet on Tuesday inside the Dunkin' Donuts located on South River Street, after a customer accidentally left it behind.
