Two men were arrested Tuesday in Luzerne County during a traffic stop and charged with drug trafficking. Hanover Township police say 34 year old Bernard Holton of Scranton and 28 year old Darryl Jointer of Wilkes-Barre were taken into custody after police found multiple bundles of fentanyl and marijuana. Court records say police stopped the vehicle for a faulty brake light around 1:40 a.m. in the parking lot of the McDonald's on the Sans Souci Parkway. They were charged with drug trafficking and possession among other charges. They are held in the Luzerne County Prison with a preliminary hearing later this month.
