A comment period for customers of PPL Electric is now open until Feb 28th. It relates to a proposed multi-million-dollar settlement regarding billing errors. Between December 2022 and April 2023, hundreds of thousands of customers either received inaccurate electric bills or no bills at all. In November, the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) reached a $17 million settlement with the utility company. Those interested in commenting on the proposed settlement can do so at the PUC's website.
